"The driver was excellent, polite, helpful and an excellent communicator in coordinating us getting to the meeting point (I required special assistance within the airport).
The airport was not able to get a wheelchair after customs and so I was having to walk to the car. He went off and found a free wheelchair!
Car was great, clean and plenty of space.

"The route goes through very narrow lanes so tricky for the driver. On one occasion we had to ask him to slow down. He helped with the bags. He did not have an additional step to hep my wife into the car.
I already gave the driver a £4 tip. "
