"he did not meet and greet as agreed in the original booking as assistance with luggage due to passenger with cancer was specified.i had to walk to him with my luggage in a car park and he said i had to pay the 7 pound parking fee.i am elderly and disabled and it was not a pleasant experience.the taxi was booked for 16.45h and i called the driver at 16.20h(earlier than scheduled)and he was already there getting charged in a car park and i had to pay the fee(not mentioned at time of booking)only flight delayed fees were explained.also on my return journey the driver arrived to the pick up point 1 hour earlier the agreed,which i then had to rush to leave.very dissatisfied with the overall service"
